Secret Service Agent Confirms Hunter Biden iCloud Leak is Authentic

Former Secret Service agent and cyber forensics expert Konstantinos “Gus” Dimitrelos has confirmed that the contents of Hunter Biden’s iPhone leak are authentic.

“Based on my analysis of the iPhone, I conclude the same results as my analysis of the MacBook Pro Laptop hard drive and iCloud synced data. The person who owns and operates this iPhone XS is Robert Hunter Biden,” Dimitrelos told the Washington Examiner.

The Secret Service confirmed Monday that it is aware of reports that the contents of Hunter Biden’s iCloud account were hacked over the weekend, exposing alleged texts, pictures, and videos of the president’s son doing drugs and engaging in other salacious and likely illegal activities.

4chan users claimed they hacked Biden’s phone late Saturday night, posting pictures to the website’s main political forum. Many of the posts were taken down by the website.

In the post, the user said that they gained access to “voice mails, videos, voice recordings, pictures etc of Joe.” They also said they’d compromised an iPad belonging to him as well.

The Daily Dot report: The frenzy is similar to the uproar over Hunter Biden’s laptop, which was released in the run-up to the 2020 election, and included information that detailed his dealings in Ukraine. Some of the data within it did not match up to President Joe Biden’s denials about not being involved in his son’s foreign lobbying.

This iPhone release, however, is allegedly different from the data on Hunter’s laptop. As they scoured the data, 4chan users thought they uncovered President Biden’s number, which they claim Hunter had him listed as “Pedo Pete.”

The Secret Service said they are “aware” of the “social media posts and claims” about Biden, but are not in position to “make public comments on potential investigative actions,” in a statement to National Review.

One video purports to show Biden measuring the amount of crack he had while in conversation with a prostitute.

Another alleged video shows Biden going down a water slide naked, and texts allegedly revealed show Biden claiming that President Joe Biden was in possession of five guns in 2019, despite campaigning on gun control.

Many of the files posted by 4chan were already found on Biden’s abandoned laptop via an iPhone XS backup, according to the Washington Examiner.

The abandoned laptop also previously revealed that the president knew about his son’s business dealing with China, despite repeatedly claiming that he has “never spoken” to him “about his overseas business dealings.”

Joe Biden left a voicemail on Hunter Biden’s phone after a New York Times released a story in 2018 about the first son’s business dealings with the Chinese oil giant China Energy Company Limited (CEFC), the Daily Mail first reported.

“Hey pal, it’s Dad. It’s 8:15 on Wednesday night. If you get a chance just give me a call. Nothing urgent. I just wanted to talk to you,” the president reportedly said.

“I thought the article released online, it’s going to be printed tomorrow in the Times, was good. I think you’re clear. And anyway if you get a chance give me a call, I love you,” he added.

The New York Times article covered Ye Jianming, the founder of CEFC, being arrested on charges of bribery, and mentioned that he had met with Hunter Biden in a private meeting in 2017 in a bid to secure a business partnership.

After the voicemail was published, the White House press secretary was pressed about the president’s claims that he’d never spoken to his son about foreign business deals.

“Well, first, I’ll say that what the president said stands,” Karine Jean-Pierre said. “So, if he, if that’s what the president said, that, that is what stands.”

Area Code 202 is for Washington, DC, so you can be sure that “journalists” from several national outfits are already trying to contact Harrington for an explanation.

Or maybe not.

Then there’s Herb Stapleton, the FBI’s Deputy Assistant Director for the Cyber Capabilities Branch of the Cyber Division. Area Code 571 is for northern Virginia, where half our federal government bureaucrats live, so, again, I bet he already has a gaggle of reporters on his lawn.

Or probably not.

It doesn’t take much imagination to guess why someone with Hunter Biden’s notorious contacts, business interests, and proclivities would take a high-level interest in cyber security.

Do you wonder who might have introduced Hunter to such powerful specialists in that field?

I sure do. I wonder if reporters will ask White House PressSec Karine Jean-Pierre about that today because I’m sure she’s right on top of all that information.

Yeah, no.

And as my friend and colleague Matt Margolis reported earlier today, there are also multiple references to “Pedo Peter” on Hunter’s iPhone.

The main reason people speculate that “Pedo Peter” is Joe Biden is because of a past report that Joe Biden wrote to several people close to him via email, including his son Hunter, using the pseudonym “Peter Henderson,” in reference to a fictional Soviet Union-era spy who infiltrated the U.S. government in several Tom Clancy novels. That detail is weird on its own, but it certainly gives credence to the Joe-Biden-is-Pedo-Peter theory.

Finally, there’s a little something else from 4Chan.

I hesitate to share this, but if the speculation about Pedo Peter is true, not only did Hunter Biden really need those FBI contacts, but that rotten apple might not have fallen far from the tree.

Deep fake or deeply disturbed? I’ll let you make the call because, so far, the press isn’t interested in finding out.

In 2020, just weeks before the U.S. Presidential election, the 'Hunter Biden laptop story' broke worldwide and was quickly dismissed as 'unverified' and labelled as Russian propaganda by then Presidential candidate Joe Biden, who cited "five former heads of the C.I.A." as credible sources who denied the veracity of the Hunter Biden leaks.

The new alleged leaks from Hunter Biden's iCloud backup data are extremely odd to say the least and include a litany of illicit drug use, prostitution, and other curious activities. Note that these are not downloaded from the original source/leak/hack and images/videos may be out of date or doctored.In a thread labelled "Messages with Dad," an image was sent of a man having sex with a woman, followed by a photo of some form of  Hunter Biden's I.D. six days later.

Lastly, a compilation video created by a 'fan' of much of the transgressions of Hunter Biden and different women, including frequent nude videos of Hunter himself in a tub as well as running into a body of water.

A slew of leaked screenshots, video footage, and messages reportedly from Hunter Biden’s iCloud account were posted on the anonymous messageboard, 4Chan.

While the content allegedly from Hunter Biden’s phone were wiped from the site in a matter of hours, the explicit content spread all across social media Monday morning.

The shocking content shows that Hunter Biden may have been involved in a variety of illegal activities.

One video shows what could be the current U.S. president’s son, smoking illegal drugs in a shower and a female calling him her “future baby daddy.”

Another explicit video shows what looks to be Hunter Biden weighing crack cocaine while arguing with a female in the background. Hunter Biden was discharged from the military after he reportedly failed a drug test.

More explicit footage documents a man who looks quite similar to Hunter Biden swimming naked in a pool while a female companion is talking to him.

A leaked text from 2018, Hunter Biden allegedly admits to his brother’s widow “there are 5 guns in” Joe Biden’s home.

The alleged texts seem to allude that Hunter lost a firearm during an argument with his brother’s widow and ex-girlfriend, Hallie.

Another leaked text message suggests Hunter Biden may have stolen $100,000 form his former wife, Kathleen Buhle.

One of the most shocking developments from the supposed 4Chan leak involves how Hunter allegedly listed Joe Biden’s contact name as “Pedo Peter.”

“In Oct 2020 we reported exclusively that Joe Biden used the pseudonym ‘Peter Henderson’. Now, 4Chan has discovered that his son Hunter had Joe saved in his iPad as ‘Pedo Peter’…,” National Pulse’s Raheem Kassam commented on Twitter.

Kassam attached a screenshot of Hunter Biden’s alleged leaked text.

Other Twitter users speculated Joe Biden uses the pseudonym “Peter Henderson” in emails.

The Washington Examiner reported, “Many of the materials posted by 4chan users match the contents the Washington Examiner previously found on a password-protected iPhone XS backup located on a copy of Hunter’s abandoned laptop.”

The Examiner noted how Hunter Biden possessed an iPhone XS and how its iCloud contents could have been synced across his devices in a backup.

The Secret Service said in a statement that they are “aware” of the reported hack of Hunter Biden’s iCloud account.

“At this time we are not in a position to make public comments on potential investigative actions but I can assure you the Secret Service along with other federal law enforcement partners are aware of the social media posts and claims referencing Mr. Biden,” U.S. Secret Service spokesperson Anthony Guglielmi said in a statement.

“4chan has apparently cracked Hunter Biden’s iPhone backup password and are leaking everything.” wrote Human Events host Jack Posobiec on July 9.

According to The Gazette, on Saturday night, 4chan users were quickly uploading to the forum what was allegedly in Hunter’s iCloud account. As soon as a post got published, site admins rushed to remove it or archive it.

Tucker Carlson devoted his Monday night opening monologue to calling out Joe Biden and his inter-workings with the Chinese Communist Party (CCP).

The Fox News host explained that the CCP is likely “very happy” with the President of the free world for his shady business dealings with the Chinese government. Citing widely underreported bombshell evidence found on Hunter Biden’s laptop.

“This is one corrupt system the Biden’s sit at the top of,” Carlson would later say.

One of the examples Carlson used to showcase the President and his repeated lies about business dealings with China was a voicemail left for Hunter Biden. “Joe Biden has said on the record repeatedly that he had no knowledge of his son’s business dealings with China,” the host said. “That proves that Joe Biden was lying,”

As Carlson would later emphasize, Americans must understand that the reason mainstream media outlets are refusing to cover such a smoking gun story about its nation’s compromised leadership has more to do with China’s influence than Hunter Biden.

It’s why big tech and other powerful left-wing institutions care far more about keeping China pleased and Joe Biden in office than pursuing truth. And it’s why they were willing to not only suppress the “laptop from hell” ahead of the 2020 election but also gaslight Americans for listening to their own lying eyes and ears and buying into the ultimate “right-wing conspiracy theory” of the time.

Carlson particularly voiced frustrations on his show with the media’s involvement in attempting to make this story go away. Then he argued that the Biden family’s business dealings are “almost exactly what they accused the Trumps of doing, except in the case of the Biden’s they really were getting rich from a foreign power that means us harm”

Fortunately, as Carlson highlighted, this story of collusion and betrayal doesn’t appear to be going away anytime soon.

In case you missed it, Hunter Biden’s iPhone backup data was allegedly hacked by 4chan users and posted publicly onto the online forum. This means the contents will be circulating the internet forever – despite mainstream platforms doing all they can to censor.

Even though 4chan site administrators rushed to take down and or archive the posts, as the Post Millennial reported, many posts on the site remain.

“4chan has already created torrents for the Hunter Biden iPhone and iCloud backups and are now seeding them. That means even if 4chan gets shut down the copies will still be out there,” Jack Posobiec, host of the Human Events Daily podcast, wrote on Twitter.

Carlson mentioned this 4chan saga on his show, then explained that the reason Hunter Biden’s contents had to be leaked there (and not someplace like Twitter) is that other mainstream platforms have heavily monitored this topic since the beginning. They will not let you talk about it freely often citing “disinformation.”

All in all, upsetting China is too big of a risk that no one wants to take. So they cowardly turn a blind eye and gaslight anyone who draws attention to the Biden family’s inter-workings with the CCP.

Another day, another deeply compromising story about America’s first son.

This weekend, a hacker on the 4chan messageboard claimed to have cracked Hunter Biden’s iCloud password — and proceeded to dump what appears to be the contents of his phone and iPad online.

The images and videos in question are more or less exactly what you’d expect: Hunter smoking crack, Hunter brandishing firearms, Hunter cavorting with sex workers, Hunter naked displaying his large appendage.

For readers, such as Cockburn, who managed to sidestep the Big Tech-media effort to suppress the New York Post’s “Laptop from Hell” story in October 2020, the iCloud leak contains no new revelations, just more of the same.

But revisiting the Post scoop in the light of this weekend’s events does throw up some interesting ethical quandaries.

Twitter blocked the sharing of the Hunter Biden laptop story on the grounds that it contained “hacked” material and personal information. That was not the case: Hunter left his laptop in a Delaware repair shop, forgot about it — and it was eventually passed to reporters by Republican operatives. Yet the videos and photos posted on 4chan on Saturday are undoubtedly and unequivocally hacked — and what’s more, screenshots of messages in the leak appear to contain the personal cell phone numbers of the president, the first lady and several other members of the Biden family.

Earlier today, NBC’s Tom Winter reported that the Secret Service “are aware of online posts saying Hunter Biden’s current iCloud account was hacked and ‘are not in a position to make public comments on potential investigative actions.'”

If ever there were a “hacked material” or “doxxing” justification for preventing the free circulation of media online — surely this is it?

But unlike in October 2020, this time round Hunter’s crack-and-hooker videos are freely circulating on Twitter. One user even cut together a laudatory rap-style music video of the clips:

Cockburn isn’t one to traffic in conspiracy theory — but it does strike him as rather odd that two weeks before the presidential election, damaging information about Hunter was snuffed out of circulation… yet now, as poll after poll emphasizes the president’s unpopularity, embarrassing videos of his son seem to be fair game…

Once again, search and social media platforms are facing moderation challenges tied to data allegedly leaked from the president’s son’s devices.

Over the weekend, users of 4Chan’s /pol/ messageboard were whipped into a frenzy of excitement by one poster claiming to have hacked into Hunter Biden’s phone. Exact details are hard to confirm, but the original poster suggests they have used a tool called iPhone Backup Extractor to recover backup copies of the contents of an iPhone and iPad belonging to Hunter Biden — possibly by compromising his iCloud account and downloading the data from the cloud.

AT LEAST SOME OF THE IMAGES SHARED ON 4CHAN HAVEN’T PREVIOUSLY APPEARED ANYWHERE ELSE ONLINE

The 4Chan poster shared further instructions about how to decrypt the backup files, and other users began to share images, video, and messages allegedly taken from the phone. No news outlet has confirmed that the content is genuine, but Motherboard reports that at least some of the images shared on 4Chan haven’t previously appeared anywhere else online. Meanwhile, the Secret Service said on Monday evening that it was aware of the alleged hack but was “not in a position to make public comments on potential investigative actions.”

Some videos appear to show Hunter Biden smoking crack cocaine or in sexual encounters with women believed to be escorts. It’s great fodder for conservative pundits, but there’s no real argument that publishing these clips is in the public interest — especially since so much similar material emerged when the contents of Hunter Biden’s laptop hard drive were shared with the New York Post in 2020. (Many of the details about his hard partying lifestyle were released by Hunter Biden himself in his 2021 memoir, Beautiful Things.)

There have been legitimate corruption concerns around Hunter Biden’s business links to China and Ukraine, but so far, no evidence of wrongdoing has been produced — and nothing from the latest leak gives any insight into those concerns. As a result, the story has been a difficult one for mainstream news outlets, with most outlets holding off on early coverage of the leak.

Twitter did not make any public statements about restricting links to the 4Chan posts and / or other references to the iCloud hack, though it is unclear what decisions may have been made behind the scenes. Twitter has a policy that prohibits the sharing of materials obtained by hacking, and while the hashtag #HunterBiden was listed as trending at the start of the week, it no longer seemed to be a visible trending topic on Tuesday afternoon. Twitter had not responded to questions about moderation sent by The Verge at time of publication.

Meta spokesperson Dave Arnold told The Verge that the content was permitted on Facebook, as references to the story were considered news.

“Despite these posts appearing to have come from hacked sources, they are still allowed as newsworthy content under our community standards,” Arnold said.

Google took more identifiable action, showing users a notification box for certain search terms related to the allegedly hacked material. In response to queries such as “hunter biden crack,” users were shown a message telling them that results were changing quickly, with a prompt to return later for more reliable information. Results then appeared below the message box.

Google spokesperson Ned Adriance told The Verge that the notices were first rolled out in June 2021 as part of the company’s attempt to boost information literacy by giving additional context around search results.

“These notices automatically appear when our systems detect that a topic is rapidly evolving, like in a breaking news situation, and a range of sources have not yet weighed in,” Adriance said. “There is no manual triggering involved ... Our automated search systems don’t understand the political ideology of content, and it’s not a ranking factor for search results.”

Nonetheless, some conservative sources accused Google of censoring the search results, despite the fact that search hits did appear directly below the notice. It’s a sensitive topic, especially in connection with Hunter Biden, because of the aggressive moderation of the New York Post’s original story about the laptop. When the story was first released in 2020 — just a month before the presidential election — Facebook and Twitter both restricted sharing of the URL on the platforms, citing the need to limit the spread of potentially false information.

Google’s strategy seems designed to prevent the exploitation of “data voids”: search queries that turn up low-quality information in the time before well-researched material has been published to fill the gap. Emily Dreyfuss, a senior fellow on the Technology and Social Change team at Harvard’s Shorenstein Center for Media, Politics, and Public Policy, says that Google is making the right call in this case by giving context without blocking results from being seen.

“AS THE MOST POWERFUL ARBITER OF INFORMATION ONLINE IN THE US, GOOGLE HAS A RESPONSIBILITY TO PRIORITIZE HIGH-QUALITY INFORMATION”

“As the most powerful arbiter of information online in the US, Google has a responsibility to prioritize high-quality information,” Dreyfuss said. “Here Google is informing the searcher that what they are looking for is contested in some way—it’s breaking news or the story is in flux—and therefore the results are not necessarily reliable, but importantly it is not censoring those results.”

The Google notification was similar to labels introduced by Twitter to deal with election misinformation in 2020, Dreyfuss said.
